WTC Heerlen Aachen leases office units from 25 m² gross floor area. The offices have a flexible layout and are supplied with floor covering, sound-proof walls, climate control (peak cooling), ceiling systems and built-in lighting.
All offices are provided with data cabling for telephone and internet. WTC provides glass fibre internet and VoIP telephony.
WTC also leases spaces for storage and filing in the basement. The office space lease prices start at € 400 per month (all in), exclusive of VAT.

You can also lease a virtual office at WTC Heerlen Aachen. In that case, you do not lease a physical office space, but you use our location address. You receive a personal telephone number (with forward calling to your company).
WTC will handle your incoming and outgoing mail. Telephone handling is available on request.
For you business meetings, you can use our meeting and conference facilities on the third floor following reservation.
