The WTC reception receives visitors, shows them the way, and informs lessees that they have visitors. When lessees are absent, the reception can take their calls.

WTC offers its post service to lessees in the building. Lessees can use the PO box address of WTC Heerlen Aachen, as well as the freepost number (antwoordnummer) if return post is desired. WTC has both a Dutch and a German post address. |

WTC offers telephony via internet (VoIP). Linked to internet use per workstation, the supply of one telephone and one telephone number (088 series) is free. The lessee will have the telephone on loan. The call costs will be invoiced monthly in line with actual use. |

WTC offers a digital fax service via internet (fax2mail). |

WTC provides a quick and high-quality internet connection via glass fibre (100 Mb). WTC has a fair use policy of 15 Gb traffic volume per workstation. The costs depend on the number of available workstations in the leased office space. |
The services of a caterer can be used on request.
WTC works with a selection of established caterers in both Germany and the Netherlands.
