WTC has various meeting rooms available for small groups (up to 12 persons). These can be reserved via the reception for one hour or longer. The use of a beamer and/or laptop for presentations is possible.

On request, WTC will provide coffee, tea and water. Catering/lunch is available on request.

Cost overview (exclusive of VAT):

• meeting room (up to 12 persons)  € 50,-- per hour
• coffee / tea / water                              € 50,-- for half a day or shorter
                                                                 € 75,-- for an entire day
• catering / lunch                                    on request

For meetings with larger groups (up to 200 persons), there is a conference room on the 3rd floor. This room is provided with professional audio-visual equipment.
On request, WTC will provide coffee, tea and water (not standard). Catering/lunch is available on request (indicate when reserving).

For conference room reservations for meetings or events involving 30 or more persons, contact the reception or the WTC office manager.
